Achievements

On 7th Aug, Rtn. Rahul and Ann. Kalyani along with their singing group friends performed at the Rotary club of heritage Pune event for their friendship day celebration. Kalyani did excellent compering of the program while Rahul performed songs with others. The audience Enjoyed it a lot and participated in the chorus and at times danced along. President Dr Mrinal Nerlekar and spouse Ashish attended the program.

Annette Ketaki Abhyankar has donated her books to the Department of Economics of Modern college. These books would be helpful to the student who are  pursuing Post Graduation/PhD  in Economics.

We know that, Shrirang is pursuing his final year in All Indian Shree Shivaji Military college inB.SC HS (Hospitality Science) (Food & Catering). Shrirang was invited to judge the cooking competition held in their society – Rohan Tapovan. It is indeed a creditable that he is judging the competition in his professional area at such a young age !!

On 21st August, PP Vrinda and Rtn Nandini participated in Kavyasandhya organised by the Rotary club of Pune, Hillside.

National Foundry Day celebration of IIF Pune Chapter. On this occasion, IIF-NCTS released the book “MANAGEMENT FOR SUCCESS” authored by Mr Vishwas Kale at the hands of Mr Sham H. Arjunwadkar. The book will enhance the knowledge bank of Enterprise which will be a strong foundation for business growth. The content is a bouquet of varied aspects of the business.

Dr Shobha Roa’s 13th student from Symbiosis University,  Devaki had her open defence recently. It was very well appreciated by all the examiners. Dr Rao was attending online as she is in Germany currently.

INTER-SCHOOL PATRIOTIC GROUP SONG COMPETITION – was organized by the Rotary Club of Poona on 10th August 2022, where 12 schools and about 220students participated enthusiastically.  the Winners were given Trophies, Cash prizes with Winner’s Certificates. 

Chief Guest was PP Gauri Shikarpur, and the judges were Rtn Jayashree Kuber, Rtn Leela Madhuri Rao & r/Ann Juhi Amar Krishna. The event was attended by almost 25+ Rotarians & anns. Also present were the teachers and parents.

पीपी गौरीने District Director Supporting Environment म्हणून काही पर्यावरणपूरक प्रोजेक्ट्स ना भेट दिली . सासरबाग क्लब आणि बारामती क्लब येथे ती प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून आमंत्रित होती.

बारामती येथे – एकाच दिवशी सात शाळांना भेट दिली आणि सर्व शाळांमध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांना रोपवाटप केले . “पर्यावरण विषयक जनजागृती, ग्रीन पिरियड जनजागृती.” असे त्या प्रोजेक्ट चे नाव होते .

तसेच सारसबाग क्लब तर्फे शालेय विद्यार्थ्यांना रोपवाटप केले गेले.

रोटरी क्लब ऑफ युवा ने ” Nirmalya shredding ” हा अत्यंत छान उपक्रम केला. त्यातही तिने सहभाग घेऊन मार्गदर्शन केले .

31 जुलै ते 6 ऑगस्ट दरम्यान नाट्य संस्कार कला अकॅडमी तर्फे 33वी दिवाकर स्मृती नाट्य छटा स्पर्धा झाली माझी नाटकाच्या शाळेतली भाग घेतलेली सर्व मुले अंतिम फेरीत पोहोचली आणि दोन्ही वयोगटांमध्ये नाटकाच्या शाळेच्याच दोन्ही मुलांना पहिला नंबर मिळाला व एका विद्यार्थ्याला उत्तेजनार्थ पारितोषिक मिळाले.

या स्पर्धेत 400 मुलांनी भाग घेतला होता त्यातली 90 मुले अंतिम फेरीत पोहोचली.नाटकाच्या शाळेच्या 11 मुलांनी भाग घेतला होता व त्यातली 10 मुले अंतिम फेरीत पोहोचली.
