Project report

The food grains were delivered to Sarthak Seva Sangh on 1st July. Thank you PP Nitin Abhyankar, Ann Alka for these consistent efforts. 

Our club participated in the Tree plantation drive organised by District on 1st July. Following members from RCPS participated in this programme.

17 NCC cadets from modern college participated very enthusiastically as volunteers for this project. They were appreciated for their sincere work. Thanks to Spouse Kamble Sir for encouraging the cadets to join.

On 1st of July 2022 ,on the Occasion of National Doctors day we released the videos of renowned Doctors of different Disciplines to mention the importance of their pathy and their expectations from the Patients.
President Dr. Mrinal Nerlekar explained the purpose of the videos and our Plans of this year.

This has helped us to increase our PI. 1st July is also CA Day. We sent E-greetings to our CA members and other non Rotarian CA friends. We also sent E-greetings to our Doctors in Rotary and Non Rotarian Doctors.

As you are aware, PP Dr Satish and PP Anjali Rawetkar have graciously donated to build a brand new girl’s hostel  “Prajktalay” commemorating their beloved Daughter Prajakta. Six CC TV cameras were fixed ensuring a safer environment for them. The girls have already occupied the same!

On 4th July RCPS donated  Encyclopaedia World Book set of a total of 24 volumes to Muktangan English school. Principal Veena Meshram had specifically asked for these books. Thanks to  IPP Dr Shobha Rao for donating this very valuable world Book set. Thanks, PP Anjali Ravetkar along with Youth Director Rtn. Sanjeev Choudhary attended this program.

On 10th July President Dr Mrinal, Ashish, Ann Mandatai, IPP Dr Shobha Rao, Dr Rao, Rtn. Harsh, Ann Mohini Barve, PP Vrinda & Rtn. Sachin visited Sarthak Seva Sangh to officially hand over the Table tennis equipment donated by Ann Mandatai Inamdar. Dental check-up of children in Sarthak was also conducted on this day.

It is a great gesture by Ann Mandatai to donate a table tennis table to Sarthak. All children were thoroughly enjoying the game. Dr Khevna Vora & Dr Kavisha Mahajan, two Dentists from Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Dental College, supported us with a dental check-up of 71 children. ( Girls and Boys ).

10th July Ashadhi Ekadashi President Dr Mrinal did 5-minute chanting of “Vitthal Vitthal” which the children really enjoyed. It was a moment of great pride in taking a round to the girl’s hostel floor donated by PP Anjalitai & PP Dr Ravtekar in memory of their Daughter Prajakta.

We intend to do Dental treatment of children in the coming times. Special mention of Rtn PP Nitin Abhyankar who coordinated the purchase of the Medical equipment. Special thanks to Dr Anil Kudia for arranging a delicious Breakfast and personally accompanying us to show the various activities done in Sarthak. Overall it was a fulfilling visit. Thanks to all the members for their Participation.

Very Glad to inform that today we donated the amount for one Sewing Machine for the Project Dhaga.
Thanks to Director Service Project non medical Sachin Joglekar for coordinating.

Sorting of baby clothes to be given to poor mothers delivering in PHCs where we will donate Baby Warmers. Baby clothes were given by Madhuri and many other Anns. Sorting was done at Mohini’s house. Thanks to all the Anns for their help in this work.
